Vivo announced today, Tuesday, its new smart phone, the Vivo S6 5G, which has the support of 5G networks even though it belongs to mid-range phones.
The Vivo S6 5G offers a 6.44-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels with a aspect ratio of 20: 9, and a drop of water in the form of the 32-megapixel front camera. The screen also contains a fingerprint sensor.
The phone has the Samsung Exynos 980 processor that is also present in my company's phone: (X30) X30, and (X30 Pro) X30 Pro. It also has a 4,500 mAh battery.
On the back of the phone, there are 4 cameras, the main resolution of which is 48 megapixels, the second with a resolution of 6 GB, or 8 megapixels for ultra-wide imaging, and the third with a accuracy of 2 megapixels for imaging near objects, and the fourth with a accuracy of 2 megapixels for imaging depth.
It offers (Vivo S6 5G) 8 GB RAM, 128 GB internal storage, or 256 GB. The battery supports 18W fast charging technology. Programmatically, the phone works with the Funtouch OS 10 user interface built on Android 10.
The phone will be available in three colors: black, white and blue. It is now available for reservation, to be launched on the Chinese market starting April 4. The price is equivalent to $ 380 for the 6 GB / 128 GB option, and the equivalent of $ 425 for the 8 GB / 256 GB option. There is no information on when the phone will be available in global markets.
