Huawei phones that will get the EMUI 10.1 update







Huawei introduced for the first time an EMUI 10.1 update along with a series of phones (P40) in March this year, the update has since reached several models in China, but Huawei has now announced a schedule for the release of EMUI 10.1 for its devices outside China.


Huawei will start rolling out the EMUI 10.1 update starting in June for devices on the following list:


Huawei P30 and P30 Pro
Huawei Mate 30, Mate 30 Pro and Mate 30 Pro 5G
Huawei Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Porsche Design Mate 20 RS, Mate 20 X and Mate 20 X 5G
Huawei Nova 5T
Huawei Mate XS
Huawei P40 Lite
Huawei nova 7i
Huawei MatePad Pro
Huawei MediaPad M6 10.8



Honor, the subsidiary of Huawei also, will provide the Magic UI 3.1 update, which shares much with EMUI 10.1 from June, where the update of (Magic UI 3.1) supports the following Honor phones:


Honor View 30 Pro
Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro
Honor View 20


The EMUI 10.1 update offers a number of additions, with two main features: video calls (MeeTime) and audio assistant (Celia), the first feature offering 1080p video calls, with screen sharing and poor signal quality improvements, while the second feature is as an assistant Huawei is the default, and Voice Assistant (Celia) will be launched first in the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Mexico, Chile, Colombia and South Africa.

Other noteworthy additions or modifications include the photo gallery across devices, improved PC and smartphone integration, more fingerprint unlock animation, as well as a multi-window editing function that will be activated by swiping from the edges inward with two fingers, which will allow the user to drag and drop content Between two windows.
