SnapTube is causing damage to more than 40 million people and you have to delete it

British security company "Upstream" has discovered a popular Snaptube app, which includes 40 million users carrying out suspicious transactions.

As it is known, the application allows users to download any video on YouTube and others for offline viewing.

So far, Upstream's Secure-D platform has banned more than 70 million fraudulent transactions that originated from this app in the past six months.

Snaptube can profit from advertising programs, in addition to charging users for a premium service they did not ask for, it clicks on ads in the background, and consumes all device and battery resources.

"We block new threats every day and advise anyone using the Snaptube app to monitor their phone bills carefully and report any unauthorized charges to the operator," said Upstream's Secure-D spokesman Jay Crave.
